applied the power of new technologies to Christie's detailed knowledge of their clients' needs to enable them to consistently deliver and live up to their customers' expectations.
The christie.com site allows the user to search for businesses properties using search criteria that include business type, location, and value (with 'on-the-fly' currency translation). Searches can be stored, and Personal Portfolios of potential properties stored within individual users' site-based workspace. This facility has become a fundamental part of Christie + Co's business with approximately 10% of interest in properties being generated through the site. Regular email updates keep potential buyers informed of new properties matching their search criteria as they come on the market.

Integration of the web site with the company's internal processes allows property viewings and finance arrangements to be instigated online, while internal functions - such as production of sales materials and advertising schedules - have been streamlined by
redesigning these processes to be driven from additions and modifications made through the site's comprehensive administrative facilities.
Continuous development of the site over a several years has introduced new features, such as multi-currency support, the incorporation of corporate sales, and increased sorting options. The ability to track customer actions through their site visitors has also support detailed data mining to tailor the site in line with customer behaviour. Armed with this information, Christie + Co have expanded their online presence by making it available in German, Spanish and French translations.
More recently, a complete facelift has seen a fresh new look to the site. This development involved Powernet working closely with Chaos, who are responsible for developing the Christie brand across all mediums.
