Development and Design - After we have planned your solution, the development process begins. And we pay attention to ensuring that your site provides the perfect combination of form, function and content. The first stage is usually visualisation: we will prepare a design treatment for your project for your approval, whether this is based on the extension of existing branding or visual themes, or the development of a whole new identity. Once the look and feel - and navigational structure - of your project is agreed, our programmers set to work to provide your site with the processes and functions required for success.
Documentation and Training - Your business solution is documented with user guides and help files, according to your own company's needs or requirements. If necessary, we will train your staff to use the implemented solution. This can be delivered as open-learning textual material, or through face-to-face training as required.
Testing - After development and design has been completed, your solution is thoroughly tested to ensure its integrity, usability, and conformance to agreed specifications. You are then invited to perform your own testing as required.
Implementation - Your business solution can be implemented only after quality standards have been assured.
