Powergroup announces new Customer Service Delivery Manager |

Powergroup has appointed Lindsey Robinson as Customer Service Delivery Manager. Founded in May 1995, Powergroup delivers Internet and IT solutions to companies of all sizes across the UK. With a keen understanding of technology – and how to apply it to the greatest benefit – our Group members consistently provide cost-effective and focused excellence. Lindsey, a PRINCE2 Project Manager, joins us from Digica, where she devised and implemented a resource management process to ensure timely delivery of services against SLAs. In her new role Lindsey will be responsible for coordinated call ownership and lifecycle through to resolution across our own teams, in-house staff and third party suppliers as well as root-cause analysis to address underlying causes and reduce reoccurrence. She will also monitor and report on calls against agreed service levels, setting up automatic escalation if thresholds are approached. Lindsey said of her appointment: "I am delighted to join Powergroup and look forward to improving our customers' experience."
